Ladies and Gentlemen: Applause please!

City Varieties Music Hall, based in Leeds, has completed an 18-month refurbishment costing nearly £10m, funded by The Heritage Lottery Fund, the Grand Theatre (the operator - also in Leeds) and Leeds City Council. It includes a movemanSKG Prestige platform lift to improve access for people with mobility impairments.

£3m Cancer Care Centre Opts for movemanSKG

People suffering from cancer often have to undergo intensive chemotherapy sessions to fight the disease that can leave them weak and tired. So the beautiful new Maggie’s Cancer Caring Centre, which opened in Swansea earlier this month, installed a Prestige platform lift to allow those affected to access the building’s first floor.

Temple Refurbished to Accommodate Less Able Patrons

Reading Hindu Temple is benefitting from an extensive £500,000 refurbishment, which is currently underway. This comprises a new mezzanine floor in the middle of the building to provide 4000 square feet of extra space. movemanSKG added a Prestige platform lift to allow less able patrons to access the upper level.
