Health Check
What’s Included?
All aspects of the lift and its operations will be checked by our fully trained engineer. Items that are included are as follows:
movemanSKG engineer to carry out full health check to Prestige or Titan models.
Check condition / wear on drive and safety nut assembly.
Check condition of drive thread and lubrication system including thread steady bar.
Check correct operation of door locks and pre-locks including shaft operating cams.
Check correct operation of all addition safety systems e.g. Safety edge, overload device, panel interlocks, pit stop and prop.
Check correct operation of all 'shaft' up and down limit switches.
Check condition of drive motor and belts.
Check for correct operation of all push buttons, including overload light, stop button, alarm and emergency light.
Check condition of shaft light and emergency light.
Check condition of hand winding mechanism.
Check condition of shaft panels and doors.
Clean out pit.
Provided no materials are required any minor adjustments will be carried out.
When the lift has been checked our engineer will produce a condition report and make recommendations for any further work required.
