A good restaurant will offer its customers great food, service and atmosphere. Judged on the experience that the customer takes away with them, restaurants have a duty to provide each person with an enjoyable time when dining.
Di Maggio’s is one of Scotland’s leading restaurant chains and has an excellent reputation due to the care and attention it provides its many customers. So, when it came to needing a platform lift in the Glasgow city centre restaurant they, of course, turned to movemanSKG for the ideal solution.
After providing Di Maggio’s with many different options, it was decided that movemanSKG’s Prestige model was the ideal lift to cater for wheelchair users that visited the restaurant. As the area was small, a custom design was essential in order for it to fit in the space allocated. As the most flexible supplier of specialist lifts, movemanSKG are no strangers to providing bespoke options and accommodating many different and unique requirements for their customers.
Complete with a shaft, the Prestige is a totally self-contained unit, therefore no wall or supporting structure is required. The lift, which can travel up to a height of nine metres, is lit as standard and the doors are self-closing. Safe, reliable and comfortable, the Prestige is aesthetically pleasing, contemporary looking and can be finished to blend in perfectly with many environments. Plus, many extra optional features are available, such as power-operated entry/exit and glass panels in the doors.
"The service that we received from movemanSKG was absolutely fantastic. They offered us our ideal lift and produced it to exact specifications. The lift looks good, caters extremely well for wheelchair users that visit the restaurant and works very efficiently. I highly recommend movemanSKG."
