Wheelchair Lift a Hit with Cambridgeshire County Council

We recently supplied a Prestige wheelchair lift to Cambridgeshire County Council for its new office in Ely, Noble House. Around 70 employees work at Noble House, and provide social care and learning support to people living in the area. The wheelchair lift allows less able workers and visitors to access the building’s upper floors from the reception area.

The Prestige wheelchair lift at Noble House travels nearly four metres between two floors. Stainless steel fittings and full glazing in the doors and shaft mean it blends handsomely with its surroundings. The wheelchair lift performs reliably and ensures Noble House complies with the DDA.

Part of our wheelchair lifts range; Prestige travels to a height of nine metres and lifts loads of up to 400kg. It has no pit requirement and is freestanding, reducing installation times and building expenses.
