We offer a range of maintenance services to keep customers’ lifts in good working order. Our service engineers are well-trained, highly experienced, and carry a comprehensive range of spare parts. They are available for emergency callout should a breakdown occur and carry out lift repairs if necessary.

All our service engineers strive to deliver a high level of customer service.

Lift Maintenance

Keeping platform, goods and service lifts in good working order requires regular service checks and general housekeeping duties. This is called preventive maintenance. Service routines vary depending on the lift model, but generally include:

• Lubricating components
• Testing emergency stop controls and other safety features
• Inspecting handrails for structural integrity
• Checking motor and drive system

Our service engineers carry out regular lift maintenance visits to inspect and test equipment, and repair it if necessary.

Lift Service Contracts

All our platform lift and service lift models come with inclusive maintenance visits in the first year of ownership as part of our commitment to customer service. However, we offer ongoing lift service and maintenance contracts.

All maintenance contracts include lift service visits, during which our engineers will clean, lubricate, and test components, and replace if necessary. Service engineers report to a central lift maintenance centre, where dedicated personnel manage and track all callouts and scheduled service appointments.

Optional service contract features include 24-hour emergency callout, and additional lift repair work. Service contracts allow companies to manage their lifts effectively, while concentrating on primary business activities.

Spares and Refurbishment

We stock a wide range of spare parts and accessories, which we can deliver to our customers within 24 hours. We repair, upgrade, and refurbish existing equipment to extend its lifespan, and offer free engineer assessments.
