Frequently Asked Questions and Answers
What types of lift are available and what applications are they suitable for?
We supply a range of service lifts and goods lifts. Service lifts are ideal for hotels, bars and restaurants that need to move food and drink between levels. They also help offices and schools transport heavy loads, such as books or files. Goods lifts are suitable for carrying larger items in industrial environments. Titan, our heavy-duty goods lift, is big enough to accommodate a palletised load plus an attendant.
Are all your service and goods lifts suitable for attendant use?
No, our service and goods lifts are strictly goods only. Only Titan can transport goods plus an attendant.
How far can your lifts travel?
Our lifts travel up to nine metres. This is customisable to suit the customer.
What is the range of load capacity?
Our service lifts have a load capacity of 40-300kg. Titan lifts up to 1000kg, and for tough jobs, we supply Goods Lift 146, which lifts up to 2000kg.
What car sizes are available?
We offer a range of car sizes, up to 1000mm x 1000mm x 1200mm for service lifts, and up to 2400mm x 2860mm x 2500mm for goods lifts.
Can you manufacture a lift to my dimensions?
We can tailor lift dimensions to suit most customer requirements. However, we have to work within our minimum and maximum parameters.
